What would be the best way to exfoliate my skin. I want to do it as much as a microderm without hurting my skin.

You can try combining olive oil and kosher salt – the combination is a great exfoliator.

The first thing to do is buy an at-home microderma kit. The best way to decide which kit is best for your skin and will have great results without hurting your skin (because there are tens of choices on the cosmetic market) is to try as many samples as you can. Try every sample for a week and see how your skin reacts to it. The most popular brands are Neutrogena, Mary Kay, Pond’s, Youthful Essence and Dermanew.
After you bought the kit, follow exactly all the instructions. be careful not to overdue the massage, microderma creams contain harsh crystals that abrade your skin even if don’t feel it.
Follow the exfoliating process with a good moisturizing cream. You will see your first results after about a week.
Hope this helps and good luck.
