You don’t need to do expensive microdermabrasion. There are plenty of great exfoliators out there. I love Susan Lucci’s Youthful Essence. This is a good start.
Yes, it does work. It usually runs about $60 for really good stuff. A ****** scrub works just as good if you’re just looking to exfoliate.

Professional microderma (in a doctor’s office or in a beauty salon) is definitely more effective than using an at home kit, because the device used by a professional is more precise and had a greater exfoliation powers. I have tried them both and my results were definitely better after professional microderma. It is also more expensive, a session varies between $80 and $200, but it’s well worth the money. At home kits are alot cheaper ($10-100), some work, others don’t.
If you have the money, try the professional type. After 6-8 sessions. you will have good results.
