Microdermabrasion will work to an extent but if you have deep scars, it will not help very much. It can help depending on your skin and how your acne is it may help. Just don’t come in expecting miracles, it’s not gonna clean up your bad skin only medication and proper dieting will. But if you have some scars or some splotchy skin it can help even it out. But as I said before it will take a great deal of time, use it with discretion and don’t over do it. You can damage your skin if you overuse it
