Why cant you have Microdermabrasion when on Accutane?

However, some websites advise not to use Microdermabrasion when on accutane, Why not ?

it think it is because accutane makes your skin much more sensitive than it normally is and microdermabrasion may be too much for it, causing irritation and maybe even scarring
